The world premiere of The Hunger Games is just hours away – watch the live-streaming red carpet at 8:30 p.m. ET on People.com! – and fans have been camped out for days in Los Angeles, ready to greet the much-anticipated movie's stars.
But which of the two handsome leading men will get the loudest screams? In the movie and bestselling books, heroine Katniss Everdeen's heart is torn between Gale (Liam Hemsworth), the rugged hunting partner who's helped her survive in oppressed District 12, and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), the kindly son of a baker who becomes her competitor in the televised fight to the death.
Jennifer Lawrence, who plays Katniss, told Seventeen: "I think I was [Team] Gale until he started getting a little too trigger-happy. Or maybe first Peeta and then Gale or Gale, then Peeta? I went back and forth. I flip-flopped."
So whose team are you on?

Unlike her Hunger Games character's violent coming-of-age, Jennifer Lawrence's childhood in Kentucky was definitely less intense.
"Growing up, I lived 15 minutes away from a horse farm, and I went there almost every day," she tells Seventeen. "My brothers were into fishing, but I was all about the horses."

Fans of The Hunger Games who found themselves torn between Peeta and Gale, the two heroes of the popular book series, can rest assured that Jennifer Lawrence, who stars as Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming film adaptation, also felt conflicting loyalties.
"I think I was [Team] Gale until he started getting a little too trigger-happy," Lawrence, 21, tells Seventeen magazine. "Or maybe first Peeta and then Gale or Gale, then Peeta? I went back and forth. I flip-flopped."

Jennifer Lawrence doesn't suffer fools.
The no-nonsense actress, who stars in the highly anticipated upcoming movie The Hunger Games, is clear about a few things she doesn't like: phonies, actors who complain, and people who say they love exercise.
"I hate saying, 'I like exercising.' I want to punch people who say that in the face," Lawrence tells Glamour in its new April issue. "But it's nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you. It's like, 'Here's your trainer. This is what you can eat.' "

Looks like Jennifer Lawrence is hungry for love!
The star of the upcoming Hunger Games film adaptation, 21, was photographed sharing a passionate kiss with her British beau Nicholas Hoult, 22, on Wednesday.
The casually dressed couple, who costarred together in X-Men: First Class, exchanged their post-Valentine's Day PDA in Los Angeles.
The good times will likely continue for Lawrence and her man, who formerly starred in Skins – they'll have something to celebrate on March 23 when the actress's highly anticipated action film hits theaters. – Dahvi Shira

As Hollywood role models go, you can't do much better than Ryan Gosling.
Among the budding young actors under his spell is Josh Hutcherson, one of the stars of The Hunger Games, who says he admires Gosling's total immersion in the craft.
"I'm a big fan," Hutcherson, 19, says in a new video interview with Elle. "I like his subtleties and how he really internalizes a lot of the emotion. And for me, that's kind of my style. So, he's definitely a big person to look up to."

It's the pink hair that did it.
For Elizabeth Banks, playing Effie Trinket in the upcoming screen version of The Hunger Games first clicked into place thanks to the character's signature cotton-candy coif.
"I would be in the hair and makeup trailer and I was Elizabeth, and then the wig went on and very suddenly I was Effie," says Banks, 37. "Every day I would have that aha moment, like, 'We did it! We found Effie!' "
In the best-selling The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, Effie serves as a publicity agent of sorts for the Games, a cruel arena battle that pits youths, called "tributes," against each other in a televised fight to the death. The movie opens March 23.
